Using Kiddoz
Kiddoz is a private place for your family's memories. Use it for your own family, and only invite people you trust. You need to be 18 or older to open an account. Using Kiddoz means you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.
Your family and links
The family's owners decide who to invite: editors can add and edit memories, and owners can also manage members and settings. The family's view-only link and memory links shared on WhatsApp open for anyone who has them, even if they were forwarded, so share them with care. You can turn the view-only link off at any time.
Your content
Your stories and photos belong to you. You're responsible for what you upload, and you let us store it and show it to the family members you've invited and to anyone you've sent a link to, only to run the service. We don't use your content for advertising or to train AI. Don't upload illegal or harmful content, or photos of other people without their permission. We may remove such content or block an account that breaks these terms.
Price
Kiddoz is in beta. Families who join during the beta stay free for as long as Kiddoz is around. New families may pay in the future, and we'll update these terms before that happens. You can stop using Kiddoz and delete your account at any time.
No guarantees
We do our best to keep the service available and safe, but it's provided as is, and there may be bugs and outages. We recommend keeping a copy of important photos somewhere else too. As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect damage, and our liability won't exceed what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings & sharing. If you're the family's only owner, all its kids, memories and photos are deleted too. If we ever decide to shut the service down, we'll let you know at least 60 days in advance so you can save a copy of your memories.
Changes
If these terms change, we'll update this page and the date at the top. For significant changes, like the price, we'll email you in advance.
Law and language
These terms are governed by Israeli law. If the Hebrew and English versions differ, the Hebrew version applies.
