What we store

When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture. When you create an account with an email and password we keep your name and email, and the password is only stored encrypted (we can't see it either). We also store what you add: your kids' details (name, birthday, color and any details you choose to add), stories, photos, tags, and the email addresses of people you invite to your family.

About kids' information

Parents add the information about their kids; kids don't use Kiddoz or sign in themselves. Only add what you're comfortable keeping, and you can edit or delete it at any time.

Who can see it

Family members you invite (owners and editors) see everything. There are also two kinds of links that let anyone who has them view without signing in: the family's view-only link (if you turned it on in Settings), and the link to a single memory when you share it on WhatsApp. Only share them with people you trust. You can turn the view-only link off at any time, and it stops working. There is no public feed, and we don't sell or share your information with anyone for advertising.

Where it's kept, and who helps us

Data and photos are stored with Supabase (database and file storage), and the site is hosted on Vercel. Sign-in goes through Google, or with an email and password through Supabase. Family invite emails are sent through Resend. When you use voice typing, your browser or phone (for example Google or Apple) turns speech into text, and we only receive the text. If you join a paid plan, payment happens with an outside payment provider, and we never see or store your card details. Some of these services keep data on servers outside Israel, and we only choose providers committed to an accepted level of data protection.

In your browser

We only keep what the site needs to work in your browser: your sign-in, the site's language and your active family. No advertising cookies and no tracking.

How long it's kept

For as long as your account exists. Even if your trial ends or you stop paying, your memories stay saved and available to view; they aren't deleted on their own.

Why we use it

We only use your information to run Kiddoz: to show memories to you and your family, send invites and manage your plan (including emails to confirm your account and reset your password). You're not legally required to give us any information, but without an account and the details you add, the service can't work. We don't use your content for advertising or to train AI.

Security

Access to data is limited per family inside the database itself, and the connection to the site is encrypted. No method is perfect, but if a security incident affects your information, we'll tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

Your rights

You can see the information we keep about you, ask us to correct it, get a copy of it, or ask us to delete it. You can do most of this yourself in the app; for anything else, write to us and we'll answer within 30 days.

Deleting your data

You can delete memories any time in the app, and your whole account from Settings & sharing. Editors can leave a family at any time, and owners can remove members. If you're the family's only owner, deleting your account also deletes all its kids, memories and photos.

Contact
